What is this product about?

This is an insurance product designed to protect the Insured in the event of a bodily injury arising from an accident that results in death or permanent disablement as well as accidental medical expenses reimbursement, hospital income, bereavement allowance and cosmetic surgery due to accident.

Who can apply for this policy?

Malaysians or Residents who have a permanent address in Malaysia between the age of 18 to 70 years old only.

When does my insurance coverage start?

Your coverage starts from the date of successful payment.

What is the duration of the insurance coverage?

The coverage period is for 12 calendar months from the date you have successfully made your payment online. Subsequently, after the expiry date, you can purchase PA Easy Insurance on a yearly basis.

How much for the payment?

Payment Terms – RM32 yearly fully paid. (exclusive of 8% SST) you may change your payment frequency mode upon Certificate renewal. Only Annual or Monthly mode is allowed for this plan.

How to submit the Nomination Form?

1. Download and fill up the Nomination Form listed under 'Important Documents'.

2. Submit the Nomination Form to cs@metafin.com.my
